Independent service
Ytmp4 is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by YouTube or Google. YouTube, Google, and other names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to them identify the content or platforms with which users interact.
Copyright and permitted use
A publicly accessible video is not automatically free to download, reuse, or redistribute. Use Ytmp4 only for content you own, content you have permission to download, or content you are otherwise legally entitled to use. You are responsible for respecting copyright, privacy, license conditions, and applicable platform terms.
Ytmp4 does not grant a license to a video, its soundtrack, or any other underlying material. Downloading a file does not transfer intellectual property rights or authorize publishing it elsewhere.
No guarantee of results
Available resolutions, formats, file sizes, audio tracks, and processing times on Ytmp4 vary by video. A successful URL check does not guarantee a completed download. Source restrictions, technical changes, network conditions, and temporary errors can affect results.
Ytmp4 does not guarantee that every video can be converted, that a particular HD or 4K resolution is available, or that every MP4 file will play in every application. Check the file type and available audio information before choosing a download.
Content and external resources
Source videos and related titles, thumbnails, and descriptions belong to or are supplied by their respective creators or publishers. Their appearance in a result does not imply that Ytmp4 endorses them or has verified their accuracy, safety, or legal status.
Resources reached through the website may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review any destination and download option before using it. Do not provide sensitive information to an unexpected prompt.
Information and liability
Ytmp4 instructions and explanatory content are general information, not legal or professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted and for keeping backups of files you need.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is and as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free results. Nothing on this page excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Additional conditions appear in our Terms of Service.
